Phase 2 Sewer Project CWSRF No. 4422

Town of Tyngsborough Sewer Commission (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for the Phase 2 Sewer Project, which includes, but is not limited to, approximately 5,400 linear feet of sewer; 3,250 linear feet of water main, 12,200 linear feet of force main, 2 pumping stations, and a crossing of the Tyngsborough Bridge; and appurtenances, within portions of Middlesex Road, Sherburne Avenue/ Tyngsborough Bridge, Parker Lane, Curtis Road, Curtis Hill Road, Lawndale Road, Park Road, Coburn Road, and Maplewood Avenue; and all materials and equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work., to be substantially complete within 450 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time.

A non-mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held at 10 AM local time on Thursday March 21, 2019 at Tyngsborough Town Hall. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.

Sealed Bids will be received until 10 AM local time on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Owner’s offices at Tyngsborough Town Hall 25 Bryant Lane Tyngsborough, MA 01879, Attention: Kathleen Cayer, Sewer Administrator. Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time of announced opening will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents may be obtained on or after Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.:

Electronically at no cost by registering via email with the Engineer at with the subject line “Tyngsborough, MA – Phase 2 Sewer Project” to be included on the Bidder’s list. Instructions for accessing the Bidding Documents will then be provided by email.
